HOW IT WORKS: THE PROCESS
1. Contact Me
Contact me using this form and give me a brief idea of what you need.
2. Chat and questions
I’ll send you a short questionnaire to find out more about your business and your target readers and we’ll schedule a chat to discuss your training needs.
3. Quotation
I’ll then send you a custom proposal and quotation for the training session and suggest some possible dates. If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll finalize dates and I’ll book your session into my calendar and send you a contract to sign. This is the point when I’ll also invoice you for the project deposit (usually 50% of the total).
4. Training Session
The training will include teaching basic principles for dementia-friendly writing, group and individual exercises, feedback, and plenty of time for questions. By the end of the day, attendees should have a clear idea of the principles of planning, formatting and writing dementia-friendly information and be able to apply these to your company’s written information.
6. Invoice
After our training session, I’ll send my invoice for the balance of payment. Payment will be due within 30 days.
